International Shipping Policy

International Shipping Policy:

International shipping is available via USPS Priority Mail International for 40 USD or USPS Priority Express Mail International for 55 USD.

The shipping cost is $9.95 with USPS First Class International for orders containing only accessories.

According to the estimates provided by USPS, Priority Mail International takes 7-15 business days to arrive, and Express takes 5-10 business days. We have seen international orders take up to 30 days in rare scenarios.

Please remember that customs processing and delivery within your country will probably add a few days to these estimates.

We advise that you also track your package with your country’s postal service website for the most accurate updates.

Products we ship internationally and don’t ship:

We ship all of our accessories except batteries.

We ship all of our vaporizers except the following:

Arizer Extreme Q, Arizer XQ2, Arizer V-Tower, PAX, Volcano Classic, Hybrid, Plenty, Ditanium, and Lightly used vaporizers.

At this time we are unable to ship any Storz & Bickel products to Israel.

International return policy:

We do not accept any used or opened items internationally, sorry friends. For items that have yet to be used or opened, we can accept returns if received within 30 days of returning them. We do not cover international shipping costs for returns.

International warranty policy:

We do not accept international returns for vaporizers that have been used. If you run into an issue with your vaporizer, and need to return it under warranty, we ask that you prepare a US address where you can send your vaporizer, which can be forwarded to us. Customs information:

Your shipment may be subject to import charges and customs fees; these will be your responsibility to pay and are not included in our shipping costs.

Delayed Shipping:
