It's been 3 business days since I messaged support. They sent me a 19-14mm adapter. NOT the 11-14mm adapter I ordered. Beware if you purchase you may receive the wrong item. I wish I could write a good review. Unfortunately, the item POTV sent me is completely useless for my setup.
