After trying a lightly used Venty that unfortunately kept giving E04 errors I decided to try this and was pleasantly surprised by the performance. Only hiccup was that I received two sets of standard aroma tubes and no XL tubes but they shipped them out promptly. Overall pleased with the device and my experience with POTV.
