Volcano Classic
Employing an analog design, the Volcano Classic features simple yet precise temperature control with a range of 266 F - 446 F. The Volcano Classic delivers some of the most accurate temperatures to your herbs with an accuracy of 5 C / 9 F. The Cla displays numbers 1-9 and has a chart included in the box, which shows what temperatures the numbers correspond to.
Volcano Digit
Outfitted with digital temperature control, the Volcano Digit brings the most precise temperature control and flexibility with a range of 104 F - 446 F. The Volcano Digit delivers slightly more accurate temperature to your herbs with an accuracy of 1.5 C / 2.7 F. What about the solid valve?
The Volcano Vaporizer comes with the Easy Valve Starter Set. Storz & Bickel has updated the Easy Valve making it superior to the Solid Valve in pretty much every way and is no longer offering it as an option when you buy a Volcano, but the Solid Valve set is available to purchase separately.

Updated my 10 year old Volcano (used most every day :) with this discounted "lightly used" offering. Great value, great method of enjoying herbal goodness. Save the ABV, one rough ground tablespoon = a restful night's sleep. Truly a two for one special!

It might be perfect. The price was perfect for sure, and I do trust POTV as I've always received excellent service. I bought the Plenty around a month ago. It works very well but I was tiring of having to frequently press the orange handle and watch the temperature. The original gold volcano is just my thing. Simple analog controls and so easy to use. After a ten minute burn in I was ready to go. I'd never seen this in use and I wondered about the balloons. They are very simple and effective. They fill quickly, and the herb tastes very good. Takes awhile to finish. Better than the Plenty. Half a gram in the bowl and I'm upping the temp from 6, adding .5 for each bag. Not to mention German engineering and manufacturing.
