I only leave reviews nowadays if I really think a product deserves it, and this very much does. First there was an issue delivering my order due to a problem with the address, POTV sorted this out in no time at all and the products arrived safely and customer service was a step above the usual. Now for the upgraded POTV mouthpiece adapter for the V3 pro. It's fantastic, made from metal which I didn't expect and it extends the air path considerably with the dimpled glass mouthpieces I also ordered. Very very happy with it's performance, enhanced the V3 pro to a higher level - the vapour is cooler and cleaner tasting than with the original mouthpiece - never going back to the original version. I've found it much easier to clean and maintain so far. X max should just get POTV to design their mouthpieces - in my opinion it's that much better! Going to order another while it's still available - superb!
