It is original equipment from Arizer, and it promotes exceptional functionality. There are several advantages offered by a straight tube mouthpiece or curved or bent tubes. For instance, it is easier to store a straight glass stem within a vaporizer case. It can also be conveniently slid inside your pocket. The straight shape also keeps residue to build up inside the tube and allows for easy cleaning. Each product includes 1 piece of straight glass stem measuring about 110mm / 4.3 inches.

Defective Part Replaced With Ease
I received a part with an obvious defect, rendering it useless. A commodity item, defects can/do occur, so obviously not Planet of the Vapes fault, but I wondered whether it was worth the trouble to ask for a replacement. This company has always handled my orders quickly and without a lot of fuss, so I gave it a try; it is a $10-$15 part after all. After some brief back-and-forth emails, the defective item was replaced...quickly and without a lot of fuss, just like always! I was asked for a picture of the defective item, which I emailed.
