PotV was excellent in getting the product to me quickly and safely, but within the first week, both of the stems I bought had broken off right at the filter, leaving me to try to fish a smooth glass surface out of my Arizer Solo II. I haven't had problems with the shorter tubes, just the 90mm, but I'd hazard a guess that y'all have some kind of problem with your tempering process because it is not handling the thermal stress.
