As an owner of the original volcano,digital and Hybird this is a quality personal session device.. When the groups come , i use the volcano and big bags , gets many where there need to be. For personal professional individual , the quality , the speed of the heater, the quality of the vapor yes yes, is outstanding .. Maybe the dual heating elements they use. The best handheld i have ever used , and when you add the glass adapter for the small water bubblers its an even more upgraded cool vapor experience .. If you have the bread its a no brainer..

I absolutely love this Venty! I'm a long time Mighty+ user and fell in love with this Venty. The airflow, larger mouth piece, faster charge with nice use time but the heater is so much improved, it's fast heating but seems to heat more on demand and won't shut off while using, it senses if you are using. The elevated bowl is really nice too, easy to keep clean. 5

So, after a month of using the Venty, I can proudly say the benefits far outweight the cost. Smoking out of this feels so smooth and organic. The adjustable airflow is a game changer. If you adjust it while you're hitting it, it's basically like a portable ****. *** tastes amazing off this thing, I didn't realize it but you can seriously taste your ****** off of this powerhouse. Battery life is great, everything about this is great. Super easy to use, cleaning it is super easy after the first try. Highly recommend.

Not one complaint. It's easy to use and the size of the bowl is just right for me. What I really like is the size and shape of the device, it fits well in the hand and I believe hand grip and feel are important for medical and elderly patients who are dealing with infirmities. Most importantly is the quality, it's very well made. By the way, Planet of The Vapes customer service is great!

I love my venty. I bought it back in November 2023 and loved it so much I bought one as a gift in the summer of 2024. I did deal with the E04 error code initially in early 2024 but the firmware update seemed to remedy it. I began dealing with the error again in October 2024 and Venty replaced it under warranty without any issues. I rarely bother to write reviews but after seeing some here complain about the issues they had but getting the sense they didn't try to work with Storz to get them resolved, I felt compelled to write. This device is well worth any issues encountered - and if I could turn back to the clock to when I first but it with my current knowledge I would DEFINITELY buy it again! I just received my replacement....time to enjoy.
