Not one complaint. It's easy to use and the size of the bowl is just right for me. What I really like is the size and shape of the device, it fits well in the hand and I believe hand grip and feel are important for medical and elderly patients who are dealing with infirmities. Most importantly is the quality, it's very well made. By the way, Planet of The Vapes customer service is great!

I love my venty. I bought it back in November 2023 and loved it so much I bought one as a gift in the summer of 2024. I did deal with the E04 error code initially in early 2024 but the firmware update seemed to remedy it. I began dealing with the error again in October 2024 and Venty replaced it under warranty without any issues. I rarely bother to write reviews but after seeing some here complain about the issues they had but getting the sense they didn't try to work with Storz to get them resolved, I felt compelled to write. This device is well worth any issues encountered - and if I could turn back to the clock to when I first but it with my current knowledge I would DEFINITELY buy it again! I just received my replacement....time to enjoy.

The Venty is the king of portables. I currently own too many vapes (I’m sure I’m not alone in that haha) My OG mighty was my daily driver for on the go for years and I would carry it along with one or two other vapes and a few dynavaps but the mighty usually got the most attention from me. As SOON as I got the venty, I cleaned my mighty and shelved it. I’ve since leant it to a friend to introduce them to vaping This thing chucks serious vapor, it’s not the most purely tasty vape but it tastes good, it’s insanely smooth on all temps, incredibly efficient, and a monster powerhouse. The ease of use and the free flowing airflow seriously makes draws only possible with long 10+ second inhales on most other vapes possible in 4-5 seconds with this thing. I cannot recommend this unit enough!

As a Digital Volcano owner for 8 years and a previous Crafty Plus owner, I can tell you that the Venty is the King of portable vapes. First off you need to buy it with the supercharger so you get super quick charging. The device is smaller than it looks it's about the same height of an iPhone 14 Pro Max but 3/4 of the width so it fits in your pocket. The vape pulls perfect and has excellent air flow it doesn't tickle your throat with the new heating tech it has, if you use it properly. If your want to keep the vape clean I have a few tips for you that worked for me: I recommend switching the cooling unit screen to the fine screen. Make sure you use the dosage capsules. Clean it after each use by blowing & brushing off the screen on the cooling unit with the brush it brings and the Venty remains really clean and unclogged for a long time. When you go to wash and clean the the cooling unit, soak it in alcohol for 1 hour then rinse with warm/hot water or you can buy them and just swap them out. Super Easy these tips help me keep it clean. This vape fits in a FIREDOG, Smell Proof Pouch which is the size perfect for the Venty with the dosage caps magazine. I also have the Venty smell proof bag but its a bit bulky but great and protects the device. I recommend vaping at 360 F in my opinion its perfect and smooth with the air flow at 3. You can lower the brightness of the Venty screen by connecting via Bluetooth this will optimize your battery. I can get 8 to 10 or more sessions of 3 to 4 mins each, the battery on this thing really impressed me.
