This plastic mouthpiece is good solid quality, but it doesn't fit my personal style. I got it as a backup to use while my original glass mouthpiece is soaking. But I found that the way I like to hold my XMAX V3 makes this mouthpiece present sideways. The glass one is round and centered so it always presents the same no matter which way the screen is facing.

Hi Ryan, I am creating a service ticket for you right now. What typically causes this is when the mouthpiece is cleaned with alcohol. Warm water with a mild grease-cutting dishwashing detergent such as Dawn should solve this problem. Talk to you in a bit, Larry

I am so sorry about this, Ryan. I see that you have been working with Ashis on this and that we have sent you a replacement. It's on the way. When you get your new mouthpiece, make sure not to expose it to alcohol. Use warm water and a mild grease-cutting dishwashing detergent such as Dawn. Alcohol does not play well with either silicone or plastic, with the exception of Peek, which is used in the Crafty, Mighty and Venty. Happy Holidays to you. Take care, Larry
