It’s the only way to know if you truly like it! We want you to be more than happy with your purchase from Planet of the Vapes. You can return used vaporizers within 14 days of receiving your order. You have 14 days to try it out and return it if unsatisfied. Please know that refunds have a $10 shipping fee and $10 restocking fee, which will be deducted from your total refund.

We only accept returns on accessories that are unused, being returned with a vaporizer under the 14 day satisfaction guarantee policy, were incorrectly ordered, or that have fit issues and have been approved by one of our Vape Experts. We only accept returns that fall out of the 14-day guarantee on unused and unopened products within 30 days of delivery for an exchange, refund, or store credit.

If you return unused merchandise within 30 days, we charge a $10 restocking fee and $10 shipping fee. For store credits we charge a $10 restocking fee.

The e-mail you received with the tracking number was generated after the label was created. Rest assured that your package is on its way. We appreciate your patience - please allow up to 3 business days for the tracking to be updated by the carrier! There are some rare scenarios where a package is delivered without being updated. If you do not receive your package within 5 business days of receiving your tracking number, please feel free to contact our support team.

We are shipping all orders via USPS. Packages generally arrive within 5 business days, but we are not responsible for carrier delays.

If you paid extra for shipping and your package does not arrive within the guaranteed time frame, we will issue you a shipping refund.

We strive to ship all orders received before 1 PM (EST) the same day. We ship from our warehouses in PA and NV and depending on our inventory, we ship from the closest location to you. Orders not shipped the same day will be shipped the following (business) day. We will contact you if, for some reason, there are any delays.

We ship week days, Monday-Friday. We do not ship on Saturday or Sunday or on any USPS holidays. Orders received after 1 PM Friday - Sunday will ship on the following Monday unless it’s a holiday.

I am so sorry for this news, but due to regulatory reasons and a recent increase in excise taxes, we have had to pause shipping all products to the states of Maine, Nevada, and Massachusetts.
