To allow this time to be special, as well as staying within the pricing guidelines set forth by our manufacturers, we cannot offer these prices on previous purchases.
LOBO is still eligible for a 100-day satisfaction guarantee policy. This means that from the date of delivery, you will have 100 days to try out your LOBO and initiate a return for an exchange, store credit, or full refund if you are unsatisfied.
Our shipping carriers work hard to meet estimated delivery times, but occasional delays can occur—especially during busy seasons. While this is rare, we appreciate your patience if it does happen. If your order is delayed by more than seven business days, please don’t hesitate to reach out to our customer service team. We're here to help and will look into it right away.

We ship all vaporizers either via USPS Priority Mail, or Ground Advantage. Priority Mail takes anywhere from 1-3 business days if no delays occur. Ground Advantage takes anywhere from 2-5 business days if no delays occur.
We strive to ship all orders received before 1 PM (EST) the same day. We ship from our warehouses in PA and NV and depending on our inventory, we ship from the closest location to you. Orders not shipped the same day will be shipped the following (business) day. We will contact you if, for some reason, there are any delays.
We ship week days, Monday-Friday. We do not ship on Saturday or Sunday or on any USPS holidays. Orders received after 1 PM Friday - Sunday will ship on the following Monday unless it’s a holiday.

These next few weeks are the busiest shipping time of the year, and there's a chance you might experience some delays in processing orders due to the larger volume of orders during the 420 Sale. We take our shipment commitments very seriously and work diligently to ship orders out on time, per our shipping policy.
In the past, we have seen carriers get overwhelmed with the increase in packages and experience delays in delivery times. We have taken this into consideration and are working with our warehouse and different carriers in hopes of faster shipping.
