As with all of our vapes, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to try your vape, and if you’re not satisfied with it, you can return it for a refund, store credit, or exchange it for a totally different vape. Any accessories that have been used with the bundle can also be returned, but only with the vaporizer. We do not accept used accessories that are returned on their own. Your items are also eligible to be returned through our 30-day policy if they are unused and unopened.

We want you to be more than happy with your purchase from Planet of the Vapes so if you are not satisfied with your vaporizer, you can absolutely return it as long as it is within 14 days of receiving your vaporizer. It's the only way to truly know if you like it!

We only accept used accessories if they are returned with the vaporizer under the 14 day satisfaction guarantee, or if they are unused and unopened within 30 days of receiving.

The email you received with the tracking number was generated after the label was created. Rest assured that your package is on its way. We appreciate your patience - please allow up to 3 business days for the tracking to be active.

We are shipping all orders via USPS. Packages generally arrive within 5 business days, but we are not responsible for carrier delays.

If you paid extra for shipping and your package does not arrive within the guaranteed time frame, we will issue you a shipping refund.

We strive to ship all orders received before 1 PM (EST) the same day. We ship from our warehouses in PA and NV and depending on our inventory, we ship from the closest location to you. Orders not shipped the same day will be shipped the following (business) day. We will contact you if, for some reason, there are any delays.

We ship week days, Monday-Friday. We do not ship on Saturday or Sunday or on any USPS holidays. Orders received after 1 PM Friday - Sunday will ship on the following Monday unless it’s a holiday.

We have multiple warehouses across the country. Orders will ship from the closest warehouse to you that has your product. Due to a recent regulation- the Pact Act, we have had to shift our shop to dry herb vaporizers only.

At this time, we will not be able to provide any products related to liquids or concentrates. We understand that this may be frustrating, which is why we are working towards new solutions to be able to provide these products again in the future.
