Arizer ArGo Glass Aroma Tube
The Glass Aroma Tube for Arizer ArGo is different from other stems found in the Arizer accessory lineup. It has a longer, narrower bowl than other Arizer stems, and has a smaller overall diameter. You’ll love the pure herbal flavor you can only get with glass, and the consistency Arizer vaporizers are known for.
Return policy
We only accept returns for accessories if they are within 30 days, unused and unopened, or if they are being returned with a vaporizer under our 14-day satisfaction policy.

Broken latch keeper.
The plastic battery compartment lid broke (bad design). I contacted POTV after a few correspondents and some pictures, they agreed to fix it, But with a catch, Rather than send me the part I need, I would have to go and find all the packaging, then go have it packaged and postaged for delivery and add ten dollars for shipping so that they can send me another badly designed replacement. To reiterate, rather than swapping the part I need out of a new or refurbished set for my damaged part was too simple. My principals won't allow me to do business with that kind of policy. Just to give more perspective, I purchased it for just over 140, and within a week, it went to around 130 (there's the ten they want for shipping the new piece). I could buy a return for under 100; that's another 30 in their pocket. P.S. I redesigned it with a fat rubber band; it holds the lid shut and keeps it from sliding off slippery surfaces.

Hi RC, Larry here. I wish that we could have just sent you a lid for your Argo, but we don't stock those kinds of replacement parts. What you may want to do is to contact Arizer directly here: https://arizer.com/support/argo/. No guarantees that they would ship you that part either, but they may. In regards to warranty replacements, we always pick up the shipping costs. I apologize for you being quoted a 10.00 shipping fee. That was an error on our part. "Planet of the Vapes will pay shipping both ways for US customers with warranty issues." https://www.planetofthevapes.com/pages/returns I see that you have been working with Mike on this. I'll inform him of what we just talked about to make sure to waive that shipping fee, but if you want to forgo shipping the product to us for a replacement, you may want to contact Arizer directly on that lid. With best regards, Larry
Tubes too loose
Tubes didn’t fit tight
Planet Of The Vapes
Hi Richard, Going to send you a quote that comes directly from Arizer's Tech Support. It pertains to the Solo tubes but applies to your Argo tubes as well: -------------- “The fit of the Glass Aroma Tubes in the Solo II has been improved since the previous Air and Solo models, but there is some variance in how the Glass Aroma Tubes fit in all of our products. There’s an objective behind the dish design and the mouthpieces; easy to draw on, smooth, not too hot vapor. At first, some Glass Aroma Tubes may fit snugly, and after a few uses the fit will loosen up a bit in every unit. The glass pieces will all fit differently into each unit because the glass parts are hand-made. The difference in fit is very slight – some a bit looser and some a bit tighter. The original Air and Solo (and Argo's) models were designed for optimum performance and efficiency with loose fitting Glass Aroma Tubes which is why the ring above the heater bowl expands slightly, to allow for a looser fit and optimized air flow. There is nothing wrong with them if they fit loosely or tightly, but a loose fit is ideal.” https://blog.vapefuse.com/arizer-aroma-tubes-and-mouthpieces/ --------------- If you would like to discuss further, Richard, please contact me directly here:https://www.planetofthevapes.com/pages/contact-us With best regards, Larry
Fragile
Fragile glass tubes typical of Arizer. Always good to have spares.
