I ordered this item but received something else. POTV was unable to get me the correct product and my purchase was promptly refunded. I had to pay for packaging to return the incorrect item, which bothered me. I shouldn’t have had to pay anything for the privilege of being inconvenienced.

Hi David, You shouldn't have had to pay anything for the return. We don't charge a restocking fee or any return shipping fees. With that said, I'm a bit confused when you refer to packaging fees.
