All of my items were shipped in one package and arrived in a timely manner. I had a little difficulty getting my iD registered but once I crossed that hurdle, everything was easy. This is the second time I have ordered from Planet of the Vapes.

This is a product to last a very short time. Even though I clean the champer daily but insert sticks still sticks to it. Since it was hot it broke the plastic insert again where the tub & insert connect. There is no way in the World I would pay $50 that I have broke 3 times.
