DO NOT insert anything into the dimpled stem when cleaning. Clean with warm water and a mild grease-cutting dishwashing detergent such as Dawn.

Take this with a grain of salt but, I'm loving this new vaporizer, this is my first one ever, I'm a ******* smoker and am hoping vaporizing will give my lungs mercy. i just fired it up for the first time, I'm still learning on desired temp. I'm a big fan of the dosing capsules also, Ive recently lowered and started weighing out and monitoring my allotted dosage per day, and its came out to a gram a day, these dosing capsules are a great help in that I'm not burning through that allotted gram in one sitting. I was referred by a product tester on youtube, and Ive been learning a lot about POTV on the official channel and might i say, I'm definitely a huge fan, i love the vision and i love the product. Im excited to join the family. Thank You POTV :)

This is the best vape I have experienced so far and the price is actually the lowest of all that I have tried. The vapor is thick and consistent. That being said there are a few things that could make this even better. #1 it would be easier l load the oven if the area around it we're slightly tapered almost like a funnel. #2 It would be nice to have on board tool storage. #3 the physical size of the vape is lage enough that it's a little clunky for carrying around in your pocket. All that being said, this is still my go- to dry herb vape. POTV has been wonderful to work with. Customer service is great!

I ordered a lobo and I won’t go back to smoking with lighters this things hits especially with one of their ****/bubblers. The lobo did give me problems down the road like 3 months in I would say but POV helped me out and sent me new one for free you can’t beat that customer service.
