Great item with a few caveats.

Great add-on for my Sai. Gives a smoother hit and much less harsh. I suggest getting a heatsink so it can clear the battery bump if you have a pico. The rubber washers also wear out fairly quickly.

4 stars only cause she broke

Honestly, it's awesome. Mine broke after the first use. Defect issue on one of the inner stems. But I emailed the service reps and after a few documented photos, they are sending me a replacement. Kudos to the service reps for sure. Honestly the products are always great but it's the costumer service that keeps me loyal. They are honest and fair with no run around.
