Warantee issue was never resolved

The replacement battery provided was not the issue and the difficulty with charging my XMAX is still intermittent. The charging port is obviously defective and the XMAX should have been replaced under warantee.

I own the Starry V3 and the battery I purchased works great. Unfortunately, my Starry has died and you don't make them anymore ☹️ I will be getting a different one when my funds grow. Thank you for your prompt response to my plea for help. ✌�
