Your delivery process is really bad
I ordered my product June 21st and have not yet received it (today is July 13th). My last update regarding the order was June 29th when it says "in transit to the next facility in USA" . Since then I've heard nothing from you except when I've written to you for specific questions about where my order is. Your answer is that it is a normal procedure. I'm okay with the long time it takes but I would like an update every now and then so I now it's on it's way.

International shipping, be it either to your home country in Sweden or any other country for that matter, can be really challenging.
